This is the second time Mandy has done a Q&A with us, the first being about burnout and overachiever behaviour.
Mandy started by answering these questions:
- Natasha asks: How authentic should you be at work?
- Jo asks: I’m finding it hard to ‘keep a lid on’ my emotions at work at the moment, any tips?
- Kathryn asks:I have a tendency to over-think and over-analyse things in my head. I feel like I waste a lot of my time and energy worrying about something I’ve said or done or why someone hasn’t responded to me. How can I help myself avoid this in the future?
